What can you do to overcome all those negative thoughts and feelings?

• Sit and listen to silence...meditate
• Know that you are not alone. There are so many people willing to help you. Seek them out.
• Know that it is ok to have negative thoughts. The more you actually look at them, really allow yourself to feel them, instead of trying to avoid them, the more they will lose their energy.
• Know that YOU are not those thoughts. Ask yourself who is listening to those thoughts? Who is asking that question about thoughts? The answer is the true you.
• YOU are not even your body. If you lost a finger, you're still there. If you lost a leg, you're still there. 
• Focus on helping others. This takes the focus off yourself and will actually allow you feel good about yourself.
• Give to others that which you wish to receive. This is a universal law. If you want LOVE, give unconditional LOVE to others. If you want more money, give money to those in greater need than yourself. That which you give from your heart will come back to you 10x.
• Know that all those negative habits you think you have were learned, unconsciously, when you were a little child. It's not your fault AND you can unlearn them by being present when they occur.
